# Neuma

> Neuma is a hands-on course that teaches knowledge workers and creatives to build a personal AI system with Claude Code, by talking to it. No programming background required.

Neuma was created by Kris Puckett, a designer who builds with AI. The course teaches one repeatable loop: describe what you want, review what the AI builds, and redirect until it's right. You start by building a personal operating system (identity, memory, daily briefings, energy-based tasks, and coaching) and finish able to build almost anything you can describe, including websites and iOS apps.

People new to building with AI: designers, writers, founders, managers, and other knowledge workers. No coding, no computer science degree, and no terminal experience required. It also helps people who already use Claude or ChatGPT every day but want to build systems that persist and compound instead of starting every chat from scratch.
